Rubens Barrichello recorded his second win of the season at Monza on Sunday and he was followed over the finish line by Jenson Button giving the Brawn-Mercedes team a one-two finish in the Italian Grand Prix.
Button continues to lead in the driver standings, Barrichello has cut into his lead. Button holds a 14-points lead over Barrichello with four races remaining in the season.
Also finishing on the podium in Italy was Kimi Raikkonen in third. Adrian Sutil was fourth, Fernando Alonso was fifth and Heikki Kovalainen was sixth. Rounding out the Top 8 and also finishing in the points were Nick Heidfeld and Sebastian Vettel.
The drivers of F1 return to the track next week at the Marina Bay Street Circuit in the inaugural Singapore Grand Prix.
