Abbreviations Explained
You'll see lots of ATS, SU, RYDS and other acronyms scattered about the site. Here's what they mean? If we miss one, drop us a quick email and we'll get back to you right away.
Football
ATS - Against the spread (ATSH is ATS home, ATSA is ATS away)
ATSr - Against the Spread Result. Example, Team A might win
the game SU (straight up), but lose ATS if they are favored by 10 and only win
by 6.
SU - Straight up SUH (home) SUA (away)
ORY - offensive rushing yards(OPY is passing, OTY is total
yards).
DRY - defensive rushing yards(DPY is passing, DTY is total
yards).
RY - rushing, PY passing, TY total yards
TO - turnovers
FD - first downs
INT - interceptions
YPR - yards per rush, YPP yards per pass, YPL yards per play
Y/R - yards per rush, Y/P yards per pass
PA - passing attempts, PC% passing completion percentage
RA - rushing attempts and RYD yards
O/U - over/under. The total listed for the game, you can bet
on whether the total combined score will be OVER or UNDER that number
*When you see 10-4-1 listed for OVER/UNDER, it means 10 OVERS/4 UNDERS/1 TIE or PUSH
Basketball
Ave Score - Half Time Average Score
FG% - Field Goal Percentage
REB - Rebounds
3pt (made) - three point shots made
FG% Edge - Field Goal percentage Advantage
REB Edge - Rebound Advantage
3PT Edge - 3 point shot Advantage
Baseball
$Fave - Record as Moneyline favorite
$Dog - Record as Moneyline underdog
